Man and Wife.

The sky is black, The floor is blue, Stained with all the times he's tried, Confused and scared, Scared to admit all the mistakes that he's made, He's beat down, Held down, In the hole that he made, It's too deep, So he lies down and waits, Waits for a change, It's been 4 years now and no one has came, He's still in the hole, Cold and alone, He's tried to scream, But was drowned out by the visions that he see's, Tried to climb, But when the worlds upside down, All you can do is lie, It starts to rain, He just lies there, He knows he deserves it, It gives him some peace, To know he's getting, The one thing, That can take all this pain away, It's time now, He can feel it, His eyes start to close, Body sinking into the ground, He's finally done, Gone. She's screaming, Doesn't know what to do, Trapped in a world without him, She might as well be dead to, Stays up all night, Confused and alone, Doesn't know why, Why he gave up, To angry to think, She goes in the kitchen and pulls out a knife, Cuts her skin, Until she can hear, The pain of his presence, That once was so near, She can't escape, The voice of regret, The one pain, She cannot forget, She's not strong enough though, She can't take it, To tired to keep trying, So she lays down and waits, Waits for the darkness, The one she calls home, The ones she's been fighting, She starts to sink, And is once, At peace, The pain is away, And now she can lay, Lay with the one, Who made her okay.
